Error "Revit Worker not found"

Good day. 

Please can somebody assistant with Revit 2020 issue.

I keep getting "Revit Worker not found" when attempting to open the program. Or the revit starter screen just loads. I have read all the forums I could get my hands on and nothing has worked.

I have uninstalled everything and reinstall numerous times using all the installation methods.

I have checked my antivirus

I have checked compatibility etc of RevitWorker

I have updated my Windows and used troubleshoot

I also have check "full control access" as stated in a previous blog

Additionally I even attempted to download revit 2021. Of which the download failed at the end stating "error 2147024546"

Please can somebody help.
