Error message does not let me load family

I'm trying to load this family on my project, but I keep getting a message that there are parameter conflicts. When I open the family editor I cannot find the parameters on family types.

Edit and make Nominal Width Parameter a Family Parameter (not Shared Parameter) and rename it something else too. 

...you could also just delete it if you aren't using it.

BTW, I have a stinkin' suspicion you are going to have another error thrown because of "Nominal Height". Same drill as above to resolve.

I'm also trying to do the same with another  family, cause the first one I attached does not have void when placing it on project. I was trying to fix another version of the same sink that has the void, but there is no delete parameter option. I found the nominal height and nominal weight parameters but when i click them, there is no selection nor delete option icon  or the edit pencil icon on the dialogue box.  I attached the other family,

I don't understand. I can delete both "Nominal Width" and "Nominal Height" easily in your "Sink Fixed.rfa" Family. There is probably one more that needs to be deleted based on what I see in your Error Message. What kind of issues are you running into?

I'm having the same issue with another file,  where I cannot find the options to edit or delete the conflictive parameters... I could fix the parameters  on "Sink Fixed.rfa" but I cannot fix another file that has the  same issue, because there are no delete options on the family type dialogue box. 

the name of the other file is  "Sink.rfa" I'm going to attach on this reply too. try it out and you will see there are not delete options on this other file..

The icons from the image below  are from "Sink fixed.rfa" but they do not appear on the family types dialogue box of "sink.rfa" 

This is on "Sink.rfa"  there are no edit parameter options. I attached the file on this reply, it is another family with the same issue of the parameters but I don't how to delete them cause there is no option.
