Eporting a single phase from a model containing multiple phases?

Can anyone advise if there is a simple way to export a copy of a model that only contains one of the projects phases? We have a large project with 20+ models all with 5 phases. Having reached the end of phase 3 we need to issue the client with a set of record models but to avoid confussion we just we don't want to include any of the previously demolished elements or proposed works. Is there any magic button or plugin available to do this for us or are we going to have make detached copies of each model and delete/collapse the phases individually?

Thanks

Why not just duplicate the view and activate a different phase? Use different filters if needed?

Ground Floor   = Phase 3, Filter A

Ground Floor Copy 1   = Phase 2, Filter B

etc...
