Enscape assets not rendering

Hi all,

I am a uni student with have a Revit project that I have populated with people from the Enscape library. I need to use Revit cloud rendering for final presentations, however when I do this, any asset from Enscape renders as plain white geometry. Anything imported from the internet or any native Revit files are fine, but anything from Enscape is plain white. I cannot use the Enscape renderer to solve this as it must be highest resolution done in the Revit rendering cloud.

Any help would be appreciated!

ask enscape support which is 3rd party not supported by Autodesk or ask in enscapes forum if they have one

more than likely cloud rendering doesn’t support Enscape

You cannot use enscape content for regular render. It only works with enscape rendering
