Enscape 2.9 white screen when launching from Revit

Hi,

 

We have users noting that on start up Enscape 2.9 only a white screen is visible and they are unable to work in Enscape.

 

Is anyone else having the same issue and is there a way to prevent it happening?

try to contact enscape technical support and see if helps. thanks
