How do I set the realistic view in 2021/2022 version to 2020/2019 version so it is not enhanced with light and shadow. I only want to show the materials and color as consistent colors.2020202020222022

Consistent Colors and Realistic are two completely different Visual Styles.  If you want to change the Realistic display, play with the settings under View's Graphic Display Options.  Other than that, learn to love the "Enhanced" look.  There's no going back.
