what do you mean elevation marks missing from project browser?
there are a lot of things you need to check.
1) Are you in a correct template.
2) check your visibility graphics/overrides > annotations categories- if check or uncheck.
3)check your reveal hidden elements.
4)check your project browser if you have elevations view
5)create a new one go to view > elevations and rename it.
