Elevation View Template - Edges Outline

I am trying to figure out why certain view templates we have for exterior elevations are showing a blue outline around all the edges on the project. When I apply a default view template, the lines are not outlined in blue. Where can I find this property?

Turn off Silhouette under View template > Model Display> Graphic Display Options.
