Elevation "Reference other view", Can I reference a Section View? How?

Sure you can. You can't? Are you checking Reference other View before placement?
....if you mean changing it after you place it, then no you can't.
When I check the refer to other view box, it only lists other elevations and drafting views. I don't see any section views listed.
What View are you are you in?
In a normal plan view.
Yah, I'm not following, but use an Elevation to reference an Elevation and a Section to reference a Section.

You cannot. Place a Reference View instead of an Elevation then you can pick the Section as the target.
