Elevation marker divider not rotating

I have an elevation marker divider that doesn't rotate with the elevation. How can I make the divider rotate with the text?

You mean rotate it like 90-degrees? If so, use Rotate tool and manually rotate it.

When I do that, it messes up the other elevation taq.

My section markers are working like supposed to. The elevation marker divider doesnt update when you rotate it to another view.

What do you mean by "divider doesn't update"?

Post the File (rvt).

the line inside the circle. It should be horizontal, not vertical..

Seems to work fine and dandy. Post your RVT.

I'm alittle confused here. You posted a Callout (which works fine and dandy), but your thread is entitled "Elevation marker divider not rotating". What gives?

Okay, the issue is the elevation markers. Do you see how the text doesnt rotate like it should. The left and right elevation marker has a vertical line inside the circle of the elevation marker instead of being horiz. The top and bottom marker is correct, the left and right has something acting weird.

The section markers do display correctly. do you see how it rotates with the view orientation?

You can't change that.  That is why the OOTB elevation marks don't have that line.  Keep the sheet number label in the circle, move the view number outside of the circle.

I don't understand why you are trying to dumb down Revit.  An Elevation Marker is capable of calling out 4 views/directions in Revit. If you only want 1 view/direction called out, then use a Section Marker. If you don't want the tail and the cut line, then don't use them.

...is this, by any chance, about how the Views are organized in the Project Browser (e.g. grouping, sorting)?  If so, this can be solved for (and customized) fairly easily.
