elevation bubble settings

hi,I am using Revit 2015,architecture templat: default us-Canada.rte. I wanna type" 86.35 "to levle 1 elevation bubble, but revit only shows "86".

Can anyone help me ?

That is because this template has a no decimal places for Length.

From Manage > Project Units > Length -Format > Rounding -change from 0 decimal places to 2 decimal places
