Elements are not shown in ceiling plans views

I started creating my model from the plan view. I build wall, windows and doors. When I open the ceiling plan view nothing is shown!! I checked everything: visibility/ graphics, view range, reveal hidden elements!! nothing is showing them.

when I draw a wall from ceiling plan view it shows in floor plan but if I draw a wall with exactly same properties from flloor plan view it's not showing in the ceiling!! Can you please help/ advise?

Have you checked the phases of your views? 

What about worksets (if enabled)?

Did you try a design option?

Your floor plan and ceiling plan are under different phases.
