Editable Instance Text within Keynote Family

Hi all,

I get the impression this may have been asked many times, but I'm yet to see a satisfactory answer. My question is very similar to this forum post but I don't think they achieved what they were looking for: LINK.

Is there any way to add a text box to a keynote tag that can be changed per tag? We're integrating our keynotes with the NBS CAWS system (e.g. K10/121 - Robust Plasterboard) but would need to be able to add individual text notes to each tag to make this really pop.

In the screenshot below:

1 = information read from keynote file

2 = customisable text per tag

Any help would be really appreciated.

No.  If you need more than Keynote Number and Keynote Description then use another tagging system.

Alright, that's pretty definite and matches what I've been finding so far. Time to go hunting for a different methodology... are there other tag systems that can read a keynote file, or a CSV file?
