Hello

When I move the selected walls created in phase 1 and demolished in phase 2, the separate walls at the same location created in phase 2 move as well.

Why are the walls from from two different phases linked and how can I modify them independently?

Click on Reveal Constraints and remove the Hidden Lock Constraint Dimension at the Split. 

....Sounds like you Split with Gap.  If not, there must be some other constraint (e.g. a Lock or a Dimension).

Pin all existing walls and modeled elements that did not get demolished.

Add another constraint? How would you move the wall independently of the wall that it is constrained to then?  I would expect an error to be thrown in this case.

Tick Disjoin box from the option bar when moving the wall.
