EDIT TITLE BLOCK

I have to edit the title block by adding one more client name so I copy the client name and address, however, when I edit it in the sheet, it changes both. How can I make them different? - meaning when I edit one client name it won't change the other client name.

You need to load different shared parameters for the labels in the titleblock family and to the project parameters > project info category.

This is too abstract.  I know little about shared parameter. Can you use the default title block coming with Revit as an example to explain what you meant? I have attached it here.  Thank you!

Its not abstract. He's telling you how to do it. If you don't know how work with shared parameters then this is a pretty straight forward introduction to them. Just do some quick Google and YouTube searches.
