Edit System Panel Solid

I am trying to create a curtain wall system panel that will adapt to a non rectangular shape. I have created a curtain wall panel with reinforcing that adapts to any rectangular panel, but does not work with non rectangular panels. The system panels adapt nicely however when I add reinforcing Revit no longer treats them as system panels. Is there a solution?

you can use the adaptive curtain panel family and it may work...not sure about the vertical studs though....haven't tried that.
