Eccentricity Adjustment on Footings not working

I placed a 12" x 12" footing under all of the exterior perimeter walls on my building and, in order for them to be flush with the exterior side of the wall, I had to adjust the eccentricity to -0' 3 1/4". It works on every wall except 1. I've been trying to figure it out for the last hour. Deleted it, recreated it, tried to move it, tried the align tool. Nothing works. It has the exact same properties as every other wall on the building but it's the only one that will not let me adjust the eccentricity. Every time I type a number it goes back to zero. Anyone know what I might be missing?

Interesting. Post the file and let's take look and see. 

...what's the size of the footing and the thickness of the wall?

The maximum eccentricity is equal to (Footing Width/2)-(Wall Thickness/2).

Thanks Bart. Here's what I ended up doing. Since, in reality, footings usually protrude out past the wall perimeter by 1 1/2", I selected all of the footings, and adjusted the eccentricity to make them 1 1/2" outside of the walls and everything is ok. My issue before was that I was getting ready to export the 3d view into 3ds max for rendering and only 1 protruding footing was visible in the 3d view. I never figured out why it had all of the same settings as all the others but was the only one that wasn't flush. So after making them all out 1 1/2" I just hid them in the view before exporting.

hum...how far away from the Internal Origin are these Walls/Footings?

They are 12" x 12" footings under 2x6 walls. So if they stick outside 1 1/2", they would be 5" inside the internal origin if I'm understanding your question correctly?

No, I was asking where the Project's Internal Origin is located in relationship to the Project's walls & footings.  If the distance is greater than 10 miles, that could explain your random issues.  

1 1/2" Eccentricity should work. That would mean the other side would protrude 4 3/4" from 2x6 (5 1/2" thick) wall face.
