Hi all,
I am exporting dwg from Revit. The dwg model looks quite messy thus I prefer in dwg create model form Layout, but some dimentions are oversized. (NOTE in Revit I have used the same Dimention Type).
Any Idea?

Hi, @XXalessio.amodioXX, the messy appearance of the DWG file is caused by layout/model arrangement, because you have different viewports in your sheet and AutoCAD needs to organize them in the same model space. As you see, CAD layout is equal to Revit sheet but in model elements are spread, there is no other way to do it unless you place all elements together in one view.
I suggest you two trys:
1, Using your second workaround for export, in Modify DWG/DXF Export Setup window change units to milimeters in order to set text size with model (I'm not so shure at all if it works)
2, Export CAD layout to DWG, as in this link:

I have described the issue more properly in this post. I think AutoCAD forum is more proper.

Wish you can find the answer in AutoCAD forum, but AFAIK (over 3 years exporting large scale models) it is the way it works in Revit. If you want a not messy model, all elements must be in the same view, otherwise CAD will arrange them randomly. If you want a DWG file where model looks exactly as layout, then export layout from AutoCAD as follows:
Please let us know if you can solve it. Regards!

It was a AutoCAD issue.
Thanks for sharing. It's a pain in the ... to have to be setting for every single exported file. Anyway...
