Drawing Titles have vanished

Hi, I am very new to REVIT and have somehow removed all of the Drawing Titles from my drawings, sections and rendered images that have been transferred onto sheets.  Please see screenshot below. 

Can you suggest how I get them back in view? Thank you.

Edit Viewport type, set View Title to Show, and assign a view title type to it if nothing is assigned yet.

Did someone by any change select a View on a sheet and pick "Select All Instances" and then picked a different View Type.  I have had people in my office do that thinking there only picking what's on the sheet and pick the entire project option.... 😬
