Drawing in 1:25 scale

Hello! If I want to depict a 4" PVC pipe opening in a 1:25 scale, what would I enter in for the radius of my circle?  Very basic question but I can not seem to grasp the scale.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No. You draw everything in full scale and set your views to 1: 25.

Hi @Anonymous 

What @ToanDN  said is that in Revit you model everythin in 1:1 (real world scale) and then in the views, like a floor plan view you setup the view scale.
