Draw sections only in selected levels and current views.

I am working in a model and I need to draw sections to use for detailing in 2D.

I only want the sections will be visible in my current plans views, not in other plans views, statics views, furnishings views... IS it a way to do it?

Also I would like that the sections will be only visible in the scope of certain levels i.e. only in the scope of the slab where are placed.

Any suggestions?

You can reference section to detail line that able to show only for that view. However if you cut a section, you may want to setup view template to turn off those detail section in the other plan view.

Yes, those are the options. Regarding the second option how can I modify the template so the section will be onlz shown in my view.

You create your section base on what you want to see. This is how I create section based filter. You choose section and then set to Family and Type and pick the one you want. Then you turn it off. If you want all section to turn off except for one, then you would choose the Family and Type "does not equal" Section X.

Create different Section Types and an exclusion filter for each type.  For example, you want to hide all Coordination Sections:

- Create a new Section Type and name it Coordination

- Create a filter > Sections Category > Family and Type > does not equal > Coordination

- Add the filter to your view/view template and untick Visible box
