Download Revit 2021 problem

Hi, I am a student and downloaded Revit 2021 couple weeks ago. I wanted to follow the one month tutorial to learn how I can work with this application, but I don't have anything in the family in my Revit. Then I tried to download family separately, but it didn't download successfully and this message has been arose.
