doors created in phase 2 not showing on schedule

Filter is set to "phase created equals phase 2" but no doors will show up. If I set them to be created during phase 1 then doors created in phase 1 do show up. Even if the only filter I have is "mark equals" and assign it to that specific door, it still does not show up. If I clear all filters, nothing created in phase 2 will show up. phases are as follows:

Schedules have Phase/Phase Filters just like Views do.
