Problem with viewport & my GPU (2080ti)

i have hidden lines appear in my view port only in 3D Views that make me confused

It's not you. It's Revit and a known/documented issue. Has to do with the thickness of the wall layer.  If it's too thin, it won't hide elements behind it properly.

but i need to make this layer 0.02 thickness, any way to make revit work fine with this thickness ?

Hide the Structural Framing behind the plaster in that View.
