I'm adding a finish floor on top of the structural concrete slab and have had no problem adding a wood finish floor. I can't find anything on the board about what happens at floor transitions. In my case, there is a marble saddle at the door between wood and tile floors. I don't see a saddle/threshold family and I don't want to over model. I did switch out my door family and see a sill height parameter so that should help with bathroom doors. But I also have a framed opening between hall and kitchen where I also need a saddle. What do you recommend?

Thanks, barth bradley, I'll try it. I haven't done a sweep yet - I'm guessing I draw a profile of the saddle shape and extrude it the width of the opening?

Yes. I'd create a few generic profiles to use and stick them in your library.  Use the appropriate one when the time comes.  Sweep a floor edge or a model line in the Project, or a Line-Based Family that you can pull across the transition in the Project.

...FWIW, I think Revit has some transition molding Profiles in the "Finished Carpentry" Subfolder of the "Profile" Folder in their stock Content Library.  If not, easy enough to create your own.
