Hello, i have created simple gate as a door family. But the opening cut from door family is visible in elevation view as a grey plain. In perspective view it is ok.

Not clear from the picture what is happening. You could use visibility/graphics overrides to switch of categories and see if/when the grey plane disappears in the view. Also check (edit) the family to see what might cause this issue.

Otherwise consider to upload (part of) your model with relevant parts containing the issue so that we canhave a look at it.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

Thank you for your response, there are no visibility option for open cut of a family.

I have created a test project with the family, the issue is seen in the TEST VIEW.

Look like it's phasing related from your screenshot.

....just replaced the Opening Cut with a Void Cut and it corrected issue.

I don't think so, because in test project  (attached to my previous comment) there are default phases and it does the same thing.

It was just a guess. I opened your file and corrected the issue by replacing the Opening Cut in the Family with a Void Cut in the family.  Gate cuts fine in Project now.

I have solved it, when opening cut is selected in family editor, there is a selection for visibility in the upper toolbar.

I have attached a screenshot
