Yes, just place equality dimension, in dimension properties select Equality Formula - see image. In type properties under Equality formula specify as image below.

Ah apologies i miss understood i thought you were referring to the box round the dimension text but if its a calculated dimension your looking for then yes that's possible as @piotr.bocian has explained above. The result following the steps highlighted should be something similar to this..

And one more thing, to omit witness lines select hide as on image below.
Border is not available for dimensions. Maybe it is useful to use bracket, or something else instead of border. Just double click on dimension text and type prefix and suffix in.
