Render in Cloud

Hello,

There seems to be a problem with render in cloud. When I complete a render all of a sudden Revit 2019 closes.

I am already signed into my account before rendering. Need some help!

Yesterday I tried it on another computer and it worked fine.

Any help?

Thank you.

compare the Revit on both workstations....perhaps your Revit on your workstation is not up to date or the same build?

Hi,

Thank you for the response. I am pretty sure the both both are the same, but I will check. I tried it with another colleague who uses Revit 2019 (same build) as the one I got an error with, and he got a similar case, with an Autodesk error notification. Unlike mine automatically closes by itself with no error message.

Could it be the file that is open?

I will try opening another project and testing it out.

the file could be suspect....if you upload it, I can render in the cloud and see if I get any errors.

what error message do you get?

Thank you for that. I believe soo.

Unfortunately, I cannot share the design. But thank you for the reply back to my question. I am starting to believe that the file is the main suspect in this issue. I tried another project to open and it worked fine with no error nor closing down.

Thank you!
