First Floor dimensions are not displaying, while other floors dimensions are. How to show dimensions on the First floor?

Type VV or VG >>> Go to Annotations Categories tab >>> Scroll down and make sure Dimensions are checked

Visibility Graphics are greyed out so I cant switch dimensions on
