Dimension to radial dimension center mark

I would like to edit the center mark family of my radial dimensions so I can add a point that will allow me to dimension to that center mark. I cannot find any family to duplicate and nothing under 'Arrowheads'.  Any ideas?

That works great for a circle or curve, but what about a curved wall where you can't click to make the center mark visible?

Thank you!. I looked for it and obviously missed it.

How about for a curved beam? I do not see a way to make the canter mark visible. Do I need to create an arc at the beam centerline?

Yes, draw an arc.
