BIM Collaboration Link error

I am unable to open my model after having linked an external model.

 See the loading error below:

That doesn't show an error. It shows the progress bars without a failure.

The linked file does not load passed the point indicated in the screenshot. I have had to wait more than 6 hours or it to complete loading and it does not move passed that point.

Try freeing up some disk space by emptying your temp folders and delete all local files.

Before logging the issue, I cleared my temp files and the cache. I currently have a minimum of 500 GB on each partition.

Does the linked file have missing links or any other possible issues? Has it been audited and compacted?

Yes it has. I am trying to uninstall and reinstall revit. The issue below occurs:
