The problem is that I need the north arrow family to be part of the View Title and ALSO rotate based on a parameter. It's a pain to add it to each sheet with a plan view, and aligning it with the View Title on each plan view takes time. Plus if I need to move the View Title to make room for something else on the sheet, I can't select the View Title and the North Arrow Generic Annotation at the same time, so I have to move them one at a time and re-align them again, which makes it look sloppy since there are no snap points on the view title. Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to get the north arrow's rotation parameter to update once I've placed it in the View Title.

Is there any way to do that?

It is a bit elaborate, but for my projects I resolved it this way

Let us know if you find a better way. Unfortunately Revit doesn't have it built in natively.

Set up different Viewport Types that use different View Titles.
