Dimension are not showing By Linked View in the sheet file From Linked View

Hello Autodesk Community,

I have a link file where I've created some detailed views and added dimensions to them. Everything looks perfectly fine within the link file itself – the dimensions are visible and placed correctly. However, when I try to use these linked views on sheet files, the dimensions mysteriously vanish.

Links:
Structure Link ( Sheer walls and Columns)

Main File ( Core block work walls, Lifts and stair cases)

Could be a number of things. Check the settings of the linked file - is the linked model set to 'By Host View / By Linked View / Custom'? Is the Annotation Category switched on? Maybe any filters hiding dimensions?

It Is By Linked View, and no filters or overrides.

Check both file's Phase Filters, their names must match exactly (and their settings should too). Also if any dimensions are referencing a linked element they are not going to be visible when you combine the models in your sheet project.

"Also if any dimensions are referencing a linked element they are not going to be visible when you combine the models in your sheet project."

That's the Issue

You can make the linked model Attached instead of Overlay OR you can place reference planes (or something) that belongs to the file (not the link) and dimension to that instead of referencing the link.
