Dimension Arc Centerpoint

How do you dimension the centerpoint of an arc or circle? When I try, nothing is recognized to snap to at the center's crosshairs.

Select the arc wall. In its properties, activate "Center Mark Visible". Then dimension the distance between the center and the grids.

What if it's not a wall, you're measuring, but rather a structural slab that you need to identify a radius for?
