Different heights for top and base rises of a Monolithic stair

Is there any way to draw different heights for top and base rises of a stair?

(Monolithic stair, NOT Model In Place)

What about changing your Base/Top offsets?

If I change the top & base offsets, the geometry of my stair will change too. I don't want that. I need only the base and top rises to be different.

Draw the 1st and last steps as landing and set thr landing thickness to be different ftom the step, maybe.
