Hi All,

As an architectural assistant I am currently using Revit to produce detailed drawings from an existing model. One function we are currently using at the office is customised View Templates for working at a variety of scales.

Is it possible to create a shortcut to toggle 'Display Model' between 'halftone' and ''do not display' while drawing rather than having to open up the View Template dialogue each time we need to see the model?

Thanks,

Neil

I don't think it's possible to create a "shortcut" to hide/display the model.

However, when working in you can Tab/Select the model elements and use the "sunglasses tool" at the lower left of the screen to hide elements in view temporarily. You can also use the "Temporary View Properties" to "by-pass" the View Template settings temporarily and then re-set when done adjusting VG settings, etc.
