Detail level icon is disabled

I had a file after deleteing objects in that file. the detail Level's icons are disabled also I can not see the walls as detail level: Fine.

What should I do?

Do you have a template assigned to the view?

I set the view template to none and the icons are activated but still, they don't work and there isn't any difference between Fine and corse detail level
