Detail items keep disappearing

Twice, most or all my detail items have just disappeared from these sections, and another one in the same project.

Does anyone have any thoughts why?

My guess is that a mask is covering the linework in the family. Edit family and send Mask to background.

I suppose you are aware that Detail Items are Annotation Entities and they are View Dependent , so they do not appear on Duplicates if you don't save or Copy them from one View to another...
