Plan Region shows different view ranges when boundary is edited

Hello,

I have a floor plan created and am trying to create plan regions to make a composite view of multiple parts of the same building.  I have the view set up this way:

This works well for the view overall.  This building is sticking up through a curved roof and the portion of the building that hits the roof on the top side is 1 floor higher than the portion that hits the roof on the bottom side.  I am trying to create two plan regions so I can show those 2 different floors on the same plan.  Here is a section:

When I set up a single plan region that covers the whole building and set it as follows, it looks correct (for the top half).

When I edit that boundary so it cuts the building in half, controlling only the top half, what is showing in the plan region changes even though the view range settings are the same.  Oddly, it doesn't show the overall view range either, but something completely different.

Any thoughts about what is happening?

Thanks

No idea, really. You would have to share the file. From here, I think I would just delete this plan region and try to recreate it for half the plan as intended instead of editing afterwards. Then see if it shows correctly.

Thanks for the reply.  I have tried deleting it and recreating it on this and other buildings in the same project and I have the same problem.

On another view I did do this same strategy of having multiple plan regions over the same buildings but for the lower levels where it meets the street.  The view ranges on those are set up the same way, with the bottom of the view range set to the finished floor, not unlimited.  It worked fine at street level but for some reason when I try to do it up on these roof levels it doesn't work.

Unfortunately I can't share the file because it is a confidential project.  Any other ideas for things to try?
