Desktop Connector 16.11 error

Hi Everyone,

We are encountering an issue when trying to open a Revit file, it shows the error message and my desktop connector keeps shutdown and its asking to remove few folders.

Has anyone encountered this issue before or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Is that even a viable workflow? I always open projects from Revit.

Not a project file,It could be family file or any other format file

And its resolved now after installing and uninstalling the Desktop connector, and this is happend for few more users who updated to latest desktop connecter version.
