Desired Upside-Down Text

I would like to rotate my text so that it reads upside-down on my accessible parking space drawing. ("NO PARKING" in the access aisle.)

Revit will not allow me to do so.  Is there a work around or a method I am unaware of that enables one to place text upside-down in a view?

Untick this box for text notes.  However, for parking text, I would use model text instead of annotation text.

I am having a similar issue, but regarding a label within a parking space tag instead of text note. I would like for the parking tags to read as they will be painted on (shown in red below), so some tags will need to be upside-down/inverted. I've tried the "keep readable" parameter on the tag label, as well as the "rotate with component" in the tag family, but no luck so far. Any ideas?

Just edit or resave to a new file your tag family and uncheck the "keep readable". then click "Load into Project and Close" the Family Editor.

After editing, it will become like this

I tried reloading the tag without "keep readable checked" and it still won't rotate the way I need it to. It doesn't allow the text to read upside-down. It appears that this is possible with room tags as you have shown, but for some reason my parking tags don't have this capability. I even copied/edited the room tag and changed the family category to be parking tags and reloaded, still no luck. Anyhow, thanks for the help.

If they are actual parking numbers then you could use a model text in the parking family.

That's a good idea! Is there a way to get the model text within the parking family to act as a label, following the "mark" parameter? Each parking space will need to be numbered individually.

This solution kinda defeats the purpose of having labels as I will have to re-notate each window and door.   I have a plan that I need to display as rotated 90 degrees in one view for a an enlarged, do these other labels just not have that function? I am trying to avoid manual notation.
