How do I put decorative wall and ceiling panels? Are there families for this?

I can think of several approaches. Curtain Wall Mullions over Basic Wall is one.

Wall Sweeps, Railing, Beam Systems are some other ways you can model those slats.  In all those approaches, the slats are Extrusions created from a 2D Profile.
