Design Options For same Hotsed Element

I am working on my house design,

I want to have multiple Design Options for my Salon Wall, i am trying to make two options :

- the first is to keep it as it is with a door and a window,

- the second is to make a glass doors to be opened to the balcony ,

Whenever i add the door and the window to a design options it requests that i need to add the Host to the design options , i understand that it need to be added to hosted element,

But what should i do to make a new design Option for the Glass Doors that should be in the same place of the Door & window ,

You need a seperate Host Wall in each of the 3 Options-and not in the Main Model. This way the Hosted Elements all have theior own corresponding Host to interact with

As @bimscape said, copy paste the host wall to other design options.  Be aware that everything hosted by the wall (casework, equipment, fixture, receptacles, switches, etc...) must be pasted to all other options as well.  That's one of those things that makes Design Options a non-favorite tool for many people.
