Dependant view symbols not populating in floorplan

I have created a primary view of a wall section for a house. I then created two dependent views to show the detail at the wall to foundation area and the foundation wall to footing area. Everything works great placing it on sheets, with the exception of the two symbols on the referring floorplan. One of the symbols populates with the detail number and sheet, one doesn't populate at all.

Clicking on either symbol does not allow any change to the Referring Sheet property. Is there a fix for this?

Did you place both section views on sheet?

Yes. But shouldn't both section symbols display on the floorplan to know
where it is referenced?

You could use callouts in section? You might have a use for view references also, not sure. Those images are a little limited information wise...

I think one show -/- is the primary section view, not the dependent view that you placed on sheet. The call-out of the 2nd dependent view is likely behind one of the 2 call-outs you show.

They populate just fine...are you sure that both views which you placed on the sheet are dependent views? not one is dependent and the other was something else?
