Cut one roof out of another

I have an addition roof going to an end wall with my main gable above it but cuts into it slightly on the ends. 2 pictures attached. One showing the actual condition the metal roof was cut on the corners to fit around the roof. How do I draw this in Revit. Is there a way to cut an opening out of another roof at the intersection?

This is a very common condition, Just join the two roofs using the Join Geometry tool. Join Geometry will remove the intersecting geometry/volume.
