Custom stairs stringer

I'm trying to create a custom stairs stringer, only issue is  the default  stringers that revit gives are quite basic. I'd like to create a stringer like the one in the file attached, is  there a generic family template in revit for creating custom stringers like that? or will be better if i model in place my own family and use it as a stringer?

-Remove the stringer

-Add a toprail/handrail to your railing family

-Make it look like your stringer

-Adjust the profile at the ends
