I would do it in the generic adaptive template, first as a skeleton of reference points and reference lines connecting those points. Once all the points and lines are located at the correct places, I would create forms using a family of a square of a rectangle to create all those blue elements that look like steel or aluminum extrusions. For the other portions that look like solids, I would use the same reference lines to create forms.
