Custom Section Head

Trying to make a custom section head where the inner circle indicates for example the letter A, B, C etc..

If I nest a generic annotation and share the parameters, I'm still unable to type the letter I want

Does anyone have a workaround?

You mean you want to be able to fill in the letter before you place the view on a sheet?

It seems it was as easy as changing the Detail Number from 1 to A. Problem solved...
