I hv a question in regards leader arrowhead.

 

1. How does revit control line weight of leader arrowhead coming from tags.

 

In my image it looks thinner than the one from text.

Look under type properties. See Line Weight under Graphics? Bingo!

It looks like that option only available for text leader arrowhead not for tags

They are also under Annotation Categories:  Casework Tags, Door Tags, etc...
