Hi
I'm an architecture student and need to buy a new laptop.
I'm considering buying the Asus UX510U but before I purchase I was hoping someone could confirm it meets the minimum required specs for running Revit 2017. (Plus Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp etc.)
I have a desktop that I use at home, so this would be for doing work at university only.
According to their website the Asus' specs are:
- ProcessorIntel® Core™ i7 7500U/6500U Processor,
- Operating SystemWindows 10 Home
- Memory16 GB DDR4 2133MHz SDRAM
- Display15.6" (16:9) LED backlit FHD (1920x1080) 60Hz Anti-Glare Panel with 45% NTSC
- GraphicNVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M , with 2GB GDDR5 VRAM
- StorageSolid State Drives:
512GB SATA3 M.2 SSD
Solid State Drives:
256GB SATA3 M.2 SSD - KeyboardIlluminated Chiclet Keyboard
- Card Reader
- WebCamHD Web Camera
- NetworkingWi-Fi
Integrated 802.11 AC (WIDI Support)
Does anyone know, is this OK?
Thanks
Rebecca
